While the numbers of people with COVID-19 continue to increase globally, there is more appreciation of the role of secondary infections, the use of antibiotics during COVID-19 patient treatment and the consequences of this for antimicrobial resistance. We have compiled details of peer reviewed publications, preprints, other resources, blogs and commentaries on these topics in the hope that it will be of use to the scientific community during the pandemic. For some publications, we have included notes on how the study relates to secondary infections, antibiotic use and resistance.
